Dr J.Gschwend presented the results from the IMvigor010 ctDNA analysis at the Game changing session at EAU 2021. IMvigor010, a Phase III study, evaluated adjuvant treatment with atezolizumab compared with observation in MIUC, and showed that ctDNA positivity could identify patients with high-risk MIUC likely to derive DFS and OS improvement. The data were discussed by Dr A. Stenzl .The role of adjuvant atezolizumab in patients with ctDNA+ MIUC is prospectively evaluated in a newly designed Phase III study (IMvigor011).
