Prof. dr hab.n. med.Joanna Chorostowska-Wynimko – Head of the Department of Clinical Genetics and Immunology at the Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Institute in Warsaw. She recently served as the Secretary-General and will now successively assume the role of President-elect of ERS in 2024/25, and then President of ERS in 2025/26.

Dr. Steffen Heyne – PhD, Bioinformatics Application Expert at the Roche Customer Support Center Mannheim/Germany, He studied Bioinformatics in Jena and Freiburg (Germany). He worked as Post-Doc at the Max-Planck-Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg/Germany. Steffen has long-term experience in the analysis of different NGS sequencing assays like RNA-Seq, Chip-Seq and WGS/WES.
